Diana Ramsay helps leaders and organizations change the world, with the right people and the right cultures.
Diana works exclusively in human services, behavioral health, social services, substance abuse & recovery, and healthcare because, after decades of top-level executive and board leadership in these fields, she knows what it takes to lead change, and has built a powerful and significant network to help.
As a passionate, mission-driven leader, Diana goes above and beyond standard practices, to help like-minded organizations make a long-lasting positive impact.
To her board appointments, she brings a deep working knowledge of the needs and demands of running organizations.
To her work as a recruiter and consultant, she helps organizations hire quality executives, expand and diversify boards, and develop leadership teams.
Diana started her career as a lobbyist on Capitol Hill, advocating for solutions to mental health and disability issues, and over her distinguished career, she has led some of the region’s most significant health care organizations and boards of directors, improving effectiveness, creating financially stable organizations, developing vibrant cultures, and championing major initiatives.
In 2016, Diana received the American Occupational Therapy Foundation’s Meritorious Service Award. In 2015, she was presented the Smart CEO Award for Top Philadelphia Women CEOs, and in 2013 she was chosen for the Philadelphia Zoo’s Emerging Conservation Leader Award.
